Dr. Sexy recaps CGSSS, Kwip continues tearing his house apart (and the van), HappyJack disses everyone, Gina Torres shows up on Warehouse 13, V returns, DDO is free but still turning HUGE profits, pregnancy pillows, reviews of comics picked up at CGSSS, Dr. Sexy’s webcomics panel experience, the iPad is delicious, Marvel continues botching digital comics, DC is our only hope, FINALLY Blackest Night is over, Clash of the Titans BLOWS!

CGS Super Show was, as is to be expected, awesome. I had a great time there (and introduced Kwipette to the world of comic cons!), and Dr. Sexy had an even better time – and was certainly more productive, selling sketches and commissioned pieces! How did HappyJack do? Well, we’d love to know, if we could ever get him on the show again…

Gina Torres is the beautiful Zoe that we all love from Firefly, but now she’s coming back to her n3rd roots by appearing on Warehouse 13 (have you been watching this show? I love it muchly).

I loved the first run of the new V muchly as well, but the… I don’t know what to call it, since it wasn’t a season premiere. The “we’re totally boning you with this DVD set when it comes out, so let’s pretend this is season 2″ episode was a bit lackluster. I’m still excited for the next one, though.

We enjoyed DDO, but weren’t playing it enough to justify paying for the subscription fee. But it was a good game – so I guess we shouldn’t be surprised that they figured out how to turn a 500% profit on the free model. That’s impressive. And honestly, it DOES make me want to pop back in to see what it’s like now…

Dr. Sexy had a great time doing the webcomics panel, and Don Bruce is going to be posting the audio from it sometime soon. But it sounds like Sexy had a great time with Dave Dwonch of Space-Time Condominium, Mike Schwartz of Oceanverse, Danielle Corsetto of Girls With Slingshots, Katie Cook (webcomic comic soon!), Julian Lytle of ANTS, Kevin Freeman of SubCulture, and moderator Jim Ford of FW4D. Props to all of them for a great panel!
