Comics N3RDCast 15 March 2010: Auditions, Edits & Mayhem!

Tyr joins us (a few times) to be abused this week as we audition him to fill the large shoes of HappyJack, we cut all over the place trying to put this show together, a new super villain, welcoming a new member to the Binis, offer of tutelage to Gail Simone as she leaves Wonder Woman, PS3 woes, dissuading Kwip from buying the 1st-gen iPad, protecting Dan Slott, Dr. Sexy’s grundle, newborn baby martians, baby MODOK costumes, Becker voicemails, drinking alone, preparing for the CGS SuperShow, catheters for fun, Ikea fun, and no Team N3RD this year. Comics we spoil include: SECRET SIX #19 and NEMESIS THE IMPOSTERS #1.
Tyr has been busting his hump for the chance to fill in for HappyJack, and who are we to disappoint our fans? Not just disappoint them, but insult and abuse them! So he makes the unfortunate decision to join us for this show. In fact, he wants to be on the show so badly, he joins us TWICE! Now THAT is some dedication!
Because it is a N3RDCast, there’s all sorts of recording problems. I make up for this by creative editing. I’ll let you figure out what that means (here’s a clue: I screw it up).
I’m not sure what his costume would look like, but I’d certainly be scared of the CockGoblin.
If Gail doesn’t know how to pump gas, we would be happy to show her. Insert your own innuendo (in YOUR endo!).
Tyr sums up the PS3 problems from Feb into March, but to people that have playing MOGs for 10+ years, they don’t sound that impressive. Complain to me when they roll back the servers a week.
Dr. Sexy shared a picture of his grund(t)al with everyone.
Yes, we ARE that awesome at coming up with baby costumes. We should start a business.
Becker has left a couple of voicemails that we only now got to play. We’re only a week behind, so cut us some slack, Becker.
The CGS SuperShow is closing in. It’s going to be a lot of fun – Dr. Sexy and HappyJack both have tables, so make sure you stop in to say hi (and buy stuff!). Kwipette and I will be wandering the aisles trying to steal things, so watch out for that, too.
